Time: 10.00am – 5.00pm

For volunteer :

1.Submit your both Chinese and English name, I/C, contact number and address.

2.The deadline is on 10th August, 2008.

3.Your personal information is highly confidential. Please call or sms me.

4.Working position will be arrange to several department .

5.Let us know if you have transportation problem.

For donor :

1.Must be 17 yrs old above. (Below 17 yrs old need to get parent’s permission)

2.Weight more than 45kg.

3.No alcohol is allowed night before donation.

4.Duration from previous donation must be 3months

5.Inform the person in-charge if you are under medical.

6.Eat before donation and donor advised to have enough sleep ( at least 6 hrs)
